Bait & Switch
It was confirmed this morning that the model unit we toured last night was NOT the one that we could affort (which was already at the top of our price limit), but the HIGH-END unit that they were selling for 70K more. And now they are quizzing me about when Adam & I can sign papers... not cool.
Dude, that's shady. We can't tell if our broker is a part of this, if its the selling agent or the developer, but we are NOT HAPPY.
