Could our search be over???

I got an email from our realtor this morning that said:

"I found your house :) I will forward the info and I have been inside and its perfect."

Could this be the end of our search???  Stay tuned for more!!!  We are going out to visit places tomorrow after work!!!   

Its a 2,000 sq ft 3Br/3.5 Bath, new construction, with a den, 2 fireplaces, finished basement, hardwood floors, a backyard and roof deck, with 10yr tax abatement ($385/yr).... at the top of our price range.

 Update: I've been told the map isn't easy to see.  The place is on Kimball between 19th & 20th.  This is south philly - slightly more south than where we have looked so far.  At the top of the map is Graduate Hospital (which the area is named for).  The hospital is right on South Street, a straight shot south from Rittenhouse Square.  I spoke to our realtor and they are selling this first unit at a slightly lower rate than the others.  Apparently, the others will sell more quickly after the first one has been sold, so it is worth it for the developer to sell the first one at a lower the price to get the ball rolling.  It would be one of the middle units.
