Killadelphia.... best time to buy in the City? Maybe not.

Following up on my post from April 24th about violence in Philadelphia - this was in the paper today.  VERY SCARY!

Philadelphia, whose name means city of brotherly love, is being tagged with a less flattering label this year as its murder rate soars -- ``Killadelphia.''  The city had 137 homicides through April. That's a 14 percent increase from a year ago, when the count was already at a nine-year high, according to police department statistics. At the rate of more than one killing a day, Philadelphia is outpacing larger cities such as New York, with 128, and Los Angeles, with 112.
