Would you believe the sublett-er drama continues?
Turns out that our subletter's last rent check bounced. We realized it about 30min before we left for Japan - beyond annoying. I got another check from him today, including the fee that our bank charged.... but nothing remotely resembling an apology. How rude!
I am going to rip him a new one if this check doesn't clear... I really should have just asked for cash.
