            <title>QotD: Work It On Out</title>

&lt;p&gt; Favorite Exercise: TENNIS!!! (That&amp;#39;s an easy one).&amp;#160; Also really enjoy rock climbing and rollerblading, but I do them so rarely that they can&amp;#39;t really be considered exercise.&amp;#160; I enjoy attending pilates classes as well -- Core of steal!&amp;#160; (seriously, I have very strong core muscles)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Workout routine....&amp;#160; drag my ass to the gym because my trainer will kick my butt otherwise.&amp;#160; That&amp;#39;s why I&amp;#39;m willing to pay her!&amp;#160; I enjoy doing the weight training.&amp;#160; Its cardio I can&amp;#39;t stand....&amp;#160; I know, I know -- calories in, calories out... its the burning off calories that i struggle with.&amp;#160; I have a sedetary job and a freakishly short commute.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ideally, I play tennis, attend a pilates class, and have a session with my trainer weekly.&amp;#160; In reality, its a good week if I manage to work in two of these things.....&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style=&quot;clear:both;&quot;&gt;
